Delivery & Range Policy

Our delivery schedules are determined by your location:

  • Delivery Range: We provide home delivery strictly within a 100km radius of our Erode store.
  • Inside 10km: Express delivery dispatched every 30 minutes.
  • 10km - 100km: Consolidated daily delivery (Morning slot).
  • Beyond 100km (Self-Pickup): Orders placed outside our 100km range are strictly considered Self-Pickup orders. Daily Fresh Mart does not provide delivery for these orders and is not responsible for transportation. Please arrange to collect your order from our store.
Returns & 30% Adjustment Policy

We stand by the quality of our farm-fresh produce. However, due to the highly perishable nature of our goods, the following rules apply:

  • 6-Hour Claim Window: Any quality concerns or damages must be reported via WhatsApp or Phone within 6 hours of the delivery timestamp. Claims made after this period will not be entertained.
  • 30% Amount Adjustment: For all verified quality issues, we will provide a 30% adjustment of the item value. This amount will be manually adjusted against your next order bill.
  • Perishable Exclusions: Perishable items such as pre-cut vegetables, leafy greens, or over-ripe fruits are not eligible for return or adjustment unless they were visibly damaged at the exact time of delivery in front of the delivery partner.
  • Verification: Clear photos or videos of the damaged produce must be shared with our support team to process the adjustment.
Cancellation Policy (Distance Based)

Cancellations are managed based on your delivery zone to minimize food waste:

  • Local Express (Inside 10km): Since we dispatch every 30 minutes, cancellations are only accepted within 5 minutes of placing your order.
  • Daily Delivery (10km - 100km): Cancellations are accepted up to 6 hours before the scheduled morning delivery slot.
  • Self-Pickup Orders: Once an order is prepared for self-pickup, it cannot be cancelled as the items are already harvested.

*Any cancellation outside these windows will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

General Terms

By using Daily Fresh Mart, you agree that weights may vary slightly (+/- 5%) due to the nature of fresh produce. Prices are subject to daily market fluctuations.
